We begin orchestrating your dream wedding by setting a vision, timeline, and budget. This package is ideal for the bride and groom who have planned their wedding and simply desires a coordinator present on their wedding weekend. Five weeks prior to your Wedding Day, we will meet with you to discuss the flow of the wedding day and confirm all of the little details have been handled. When the weekend arrives, a coordinator will be present at your rehearsal to assure a smooth and efficient event. The coordinator will also be present at your wedding festivities to assure everyone is in the right place at the right time. On your wedding day, just relax - leave the organizing to us and celebrate with your new spouse!

Establishing a solid foundation is vital to the success of your event! During this two-hour session with a coordinator, we will help you establish a timeline and budget that you are comfortable with, review common etiquette practices, and answer questions you may have. Following the consultation, the bride and groom will be supplied with vendor recommendations in each planning category to contact.
